Data we collect and why

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this site:

We never collect payment data, as purchases are made on external platforms (Amazon).

We do not deliberately request or process special-category personal data (such as data relating to health, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, or other sensitive data).

Data processors

To provide these services we use providers that act as data processors, under the safeguards required by applicable law:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): manages email delivery (newsletter, confirmations, replies, and notifications). Data is processed within the European Union.
• Vercel (website hosting).
• Sanity (content management).
• Vercel Analytics (analytics).

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Sevenfold Press.

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this occurs, we adopt the appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

• Contact form data: retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, afterward, for a maximum of 12 months in case of related follow-up communications, unless you request earlier deletion.
• Newsletter data: retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, and your data will be deleted after unsubscribing.

Where a legal retention obligation applies, data may be kept blocked for the corresponding legal period before its final deletion.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country of residence.

Minors
